Website Redevelopment.

PRIMO-MC successfully collaborated with REINER-Air Compressor to revolutionise their business approach by building a cutting-edge & modern website that enables them to move away from the conventional face-to-face interactions with their clients. By deploying innovative digital strategies, we supported REINER to effectively nurture their leads and bolster their post-sales strategies, resulting in a substantial surge in website traffic, sales, and customer retention.


Previously, REINER relied on personal visits to customers, which consumed significant amounts of time and resources. Our proposed CRM platform, integrated with their website, provided an efficient and centralised means for their sales team to gather and analyse customer data. This streamlined process empowered their sales
team to successfully nurture new leads and pinpoint high-potential prospects, thus considerably saving time and resources that were previously allocated to in-person visits.

A Breakdown of the Process:

  1. Kickoff with an initial consultation to discuss their current problems and identify a solution to improve their business goals.
  2. Market research, including identifying their competitors’ pros and cons and conducting keyword research for SEO optimization.
  3. Planning and sitemap creation: A clear sitemap outlines the website’s structure and navigation to ensure it meets the client’s guidelines.
  4. Design and Development: After our client consultation meeting and identifying their wants and needs, the design process begins, combining our recommendations with theirs.
  5. Content Creation: We advise them to build up their content library to showcase real products, team photos, and the office environment to build trust among clients. PRIMO also supports with SEO-optimized content writing (in Vietnamese) to ensure their website is SEO optimized.
  6. After completing the first design phase, we presented two templates and went through their feedback to ensure their website aligns with their brand guidelines.
  7. Once all stakeholders agree on the design, we finalize all their feedback and begin developing the website.
  8. Website testing occurs once the development stage is finished to ensure there are no bugs or issues with the new site before going live.
  9. Website goes Live! We begin the handover of all assets and provide a step-by-step manual on how to manage or update their own website.
  10. PRIMO clients will always be supported by our team at any time in case there is any issue.
